        Went view property which was in desperate need of repair and very dirty small room kitchen bathroom and room very dirty. Mace use to be good but have dropped there standards very badly

        I agree with all reviews. Mace was a Housing Cooperative initially and now focus on renting substandard accommodation at the highest social rents. No focus on purchasing property. Staff are badly trained and arrogant treat tenants with contempt. Need investigation by housing ombudsman.

        Their tenant threatened to harm me and yet they asking him by EMAIL for details while he is in breach of tenancy

        Disgusted with their management services. Rent is constantly increased every year. Windows are single glazed! Gets extremely cold. They keep bringing draught excluders when double glazed need to be installed. Yes the building is infested with mice. they keep bringing pest control! Their argument is london is infested with mice!! I am sick of these people!
