It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Requested my room to be cleaned, and it was not done. They offer this once for 1 week stay. The bed is horrific!! It was equivalent to sleep on a bean bag on the floor. You leave your rubbish in the halls. The hallway stinks all night and has a great smell in the morning. Shower stinks of a gym locker. I raised this issue, and nothing was done about. Promised to have a cleaner sent up. One of the night we had to listen to someone screaming they're going to take their own life. There is no natural light in the room. This is a clean hostel, not a hotel. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have stay there for one night, and the hotel is great. It is close to the tube (Dalston junction), i was there early and not yet for check-in, and reception allow me to leave my baggages there. I went back super late, around 1:30am in the morning for check in. And the guy in the reception is very helpful and the check in process is quick. The room is clean with style, it is modern, there is a mini living room there, the kitchen is great, although I only use the microwave. The bed is comfy and huge. There is shower gel and shampoo provided, so you have to bring your own amenities. The check out time is 11pm. If you want to stay in the hotel, the restaurant on the ground floor will not disappoint you. The neighbour is fantastic, lots of pop up in the weekends. Nice cafes everywhere waiting for you to explore. And I recommend Allpress cafe nearby

This location is really spectacular. The rooms have a magnificent brutalist charm, making them the ideal environment for creative exploration. In addition to its beauty, this location is distinguished by its exceptional customer service; the staff is so welcoming and helpful that I have never encountered such compassion and kindness during any of my previous trips. I would like to thank the entire crew, especially Toby, for making my stay so enjoyable and accommodating my particular needs. Overall, a very welcoming environment. Hopefully will return at some point.
