Honest Burgers Dalston

I love Honest Burger and they're my go to for a burger bite. I usually go to the one local to me in South-East London but we were in the area so wanted something I could trust. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this branch. We arrived there and weren't greeted for about 10-15 minutes. Two of the staff walked right past us and out the door to have a cigarette and phone call break which only infuriated us more that we were forgotten. We were so close to walking out as it took another 10 minutes to be served which was unacceptable. The food was ok but not as good as their other branches. Overall, staff and management need to work on customer service and be aware of who is present in their restaurant. Don't think I'll go to this branch again and just stick to my local as the team there is fab, 100%!

Order from here last night, wings were supers small and over priced, burgers were sub par, and fries overly chrispy. Will not be ordered again considering its overpriced and just a brand

Regular customer here since July 2019. HUGE disappointment. Where takeway order wait is displayed at 15min, IT'S ACTUALLY 1 HOUR WAIT. No drinks proposed while waiting, barely noticed me. Needed to go 3 times in a row in the kitchen to ask for my food to takeaway. Reduced portions, increased prices, and way too much salt in fries... even got bacon in a burger where I specified to remove it a month ago... Really sad to see it used to be a very respectable place not that long ago. AVOID at all costs.
