Luxury Dry Cleaners

I had broken the zipper off of my luggage bag the day of my flight and needed a repair done asap on a Sunday. I had called many repair shops who were unwilling to do the work, but luxury dry cleaners was able to mend the zipper quickly and effectively at a more than reasonable rate. Their tailoring service is terrible. I took my new Theory trousers in to be hemmed - they came back with one leg slightly longer than the other and the stitching is noticeable and of bad quality. My mistake was going back after the bad quality done of a patch requested on both the thigh/groin area on my jeans. Aesthetically the patches should be of same size?!? Pictures attached. Very disappointed.

Using their services is like playing Russian Roulette. It can be great or it can be a total disaster. I've used them 4/5 times and once I sent them a gown I wore at a wedding and they returned it stinking of sweat as if it had only been pressed and not actually washed. When I complained, they offered to wash it again and I agreed. Except, it came back missing a very visible button from the back that I couldn't recover ever since, making the dress way less likely to be used again. A few weeks later, they sent me a coupon code for loyal clients so I decided to give them a second chance and send a duvet. However, the duvet alone didn't allow me to apply the coupon code and so I decided to send the duvet cover as well (which was white and clean). Few days later, I received back both the duvet and its cover, but this last one had two HUGE yellow stains on both sides. I tried reaching out for 3 days but be aware, they NEVER pick up the phone. I had to leave an angry voice mail and send over an email in order to get their attention. They did wash the duvet cover again free of charge and it's now back too white but it's safe to say, I won't be using them again.
