Two months for a face to face appointment. They manage to miss it twice after two months of waiting. I have always to start explaining everything all over again. I have never seen the same doctor twice and they seem simply not to care. After 5 years of painkillers, unable to walk properly I still don't know what's going on and I feel like I got no substantial help so far. My mistrust reached a point of no return, their lack of care is offending. I'm fundrising to go to private healthcare.

Had no problems been my GP for many years, the receptionist are good, they doing a good service considering the NHS going downhill low payment, they still doing their jobs with lack of money supporting. If you treat people well, please expect to get the treatment back, its stressful enough working on low budget with the NHS, if not happy there is Private

Recently used this surgery for the first time and I have only positive things to say about my experience. The main woman on reception I've dealt with multiple times now is really helpful and polite, and I also met another receptionist on one occasion who was also very friendly. The phlebotomist who took my blood was lovely, efficient, and did things quickly and without a hitch. My experience with the GP I saw was the most positive exprience I've had with a doctor in a long time. She listened to me and instead of sending me away to see how I got on or making a quick judgement about what she thought it was, she took me seriously and suggested blood tests, handing in samples etc right away to properly investigate further. Really impressed with this surgery. Thanks guys
