Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Theyre supposed to be a company that helps with equipment for disabled people but instead theyre very ableist. They did nothing but shame and belittle my husband when he tried to get issues with his laptop resolved. This is no way to treat neurodivergent people, absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely appalling sham of a company. Supposed to provide 'support' for disabled students in receipt of DSA when actually they just want the money for very little service in return. They lie constantly and are very slow and unhelpful with any issues with no regard for the students - who have enough to contend with managing their health as well as demanding courses - and their need for their equipment to be working and reliable. Today I have waited in from 6am to 5pm for the third day since Assistive Solutions fobbed me off and messed me about endlessly to collect a laptop for repair. After chasing this all day and no one turning up I now receive a notifiation that the courier has marked the parcel as being unavauilanle to pick up when they came. This is a blatant lie! I have been by the door all day! Absolutely disgusting way to treat anybody but especially vulnerable people in need of more support I now have to claim mitigation for my university work and possibly ask for time off from a safeguarding role because they cant do what they say they will I have now had to get my university involved since they pay no attention to students. And from what Ive heard Im not the only one to have had problems As for speaking to a manager to sort your issues they apparently dont exist . Laughable - would haave been better off buying a laptop from Argos.

Terrible company!! So unprofessional and unhelpful. Ordered and paid for a MacBook Pro, gave me the MacBook Air. Still waiting to receive the correct laptop. Have been in touch with them days on end and no real answers are provided. They dont answer their emails too. Also theyve overcharged me for my equipment and refuse to tell me why!! Horrible, horrible company- really dont understand what they do all day.

I have support by Liam Wilson as a mentor through assistive solutions for my undergraduate degree and he is fantastic. The difference he has made is huge, I couldn't recommend assistive solutions enough.
