What can I say. The people working there do as much as they can, but the decision of Barclays of removing any human customer interaction ends up with automatic cash machines being the customer service, with confusing options, with only one person trying to help the many people queuing, with long waits for broken machines, with old people being confused and obviously needing some person to help them. This is common to all branches and between this and the now useless phone customer service I am looking to change my bank forever. Already raised many complaints against Barclays, tired of them, and they were so nice. Now they make life hell for their workers and their customers.
