Been waiting over 10 days for a part to arrive that I ordered still not arrived. Not good!... When it did arrive, was the wrong part anyway.

I ordered a mower, which came straight away and although I've only used it once it seems like a well built thing and makes a good job. Only niggle is the oil level bung for the gearbox is in a stupid place.

My 37 Ton Petrol Log Splitter with log lifter was delivered early January. Awesome machine in its power, with log lifter a superb option. Unfortunately when the legs are retracted for towing they foul the hydraulic lines badly so that it cannot be done without damaging the hydraulics. It must be a manufacturing problem that was not checked prior to delivery, not good for a 4000 machine. I am not an engineer so coming up with ideas to sort it is not easy for me. In fairness to MDL they have sent me a couple of 90-degree connectors to 'swan neck' the offending pipe out of the way. Having multiple connectors seems an inelegant solution but not happy that I have to come up with the ideas to sort it. Shame because it could be a brilliant machine.
