Service was extremely slow. Waited 10mins for drinks. Had to keep asking for update. Table wasn't cleared in time for dessert and staff wondering around instead of making drinks which would make the waiting time alot less. Portion size of half chicken was also a joke.

Customer service was ok. Food: Very disappointing. This is not african food with a twist. There were so many badly executed dishes, from the rice, plantain, burger and even the frikana fries were chips with a slimy yellow layer.

Completely over priced, ordered beef burgers and they were just standard, the kids nuggets meal was too spicy and cold. Overall experience wasnt great

First time time experience; Delicious. Id say its an expensive experience nandos style but worth every penny. I went for the platter for two for 55. Honestly their lamp chops are the best. Best ive ever had, so tender! Macaroni cheese was another one of my favourite. Dynamite prawns were mouth watering. Only downfall was the grilled chicken. It tasted too grill-fied. As in the grill must be going through so much work it overwhelms the chicken with its heat and leaves a strong grill taste more than the seasoning. Customer service was on point 5*. Waiting time for food id say 15 mins which is not bad at all. Best to try at least once.
