Buses are no longer just for park and ride and you have to go out to the roadside to catch the buses. The bus drivers don't always know the prices for the p+r ticket and it's not clear how to use the system and route. I went on a Saturday morning and it was dead, which was a surprise as previously it'd always been packed. I think people don't like the new system so they're not using it as much. Feels like a wasteful downgrade.
