        This is how it should be done. A man who takes pride in his work and does an excellent quality job. Not only that but he comes when he says he will and, even if he is sick, communicates with his customers to leave them in no doubt about when he will be able to attend. All-in-all highly recommended and I will have no hesitation in using him again e.g. for the annual service of the boiler he fitted or for any other plumbing or heating issue.
