My Son was protected by a staff member from an obnoxious shopper. I cant thank you enough. Its employees like that, that we need in our businesses.

The staff are incredible in a crisis. The calm compassion and kindness they showed to my family and I at the weekend, when my little boy had a massive seizure can never be repaid. I was a complete mess and they helped to keep my family and I calm whilst we waited for the ambulance. Special thanks to a young lad called Will (I think), who stayed with us and looked after us and took the time to chat to my other child to make him less anxious.
