        My 83 year old mother was fobbed off when her bathroom fan burnt out. The contractor replacing the fan discovered multiple layers of insulation over the fan, there was no ducting from the exhaust of the fan to fresh air & Quintor refuse to have anything to do with it. Perhaps at 83 my mum should have inspected the roof space on purchase. She could then have advised Quintor on current building regs. Buyer beware!
