As a photographer Im fascinated with architecture. And maybe Im a little odd or morbid but I also have a fascination with old graveyards. So I had to of course explore the church and the grounds whilst exploring Dale Abbey village. Its a small church. In the graveyard there is a memorial to those from the village who lost their lives in WWI. Worth a visit if youre into architecture abb in the area.
