This is a post for management about managing expectations. Please adjust your opening hours, apparently it's a running joke locally as to guess the time they will open it or close. You have not been open at 6.00am ever and you are lucky if they are open by 8.00am based on local knowledge of the issue. We ended up at Tim Hortons after watching numerous people come and go. I appreciate you need 2 staff to open, so I suggest you get 2 staff in at 6am or just adjust your opening hours.
