Nice salesman, lots of bargains

After telling me that they'll be open, and decide a time to meet, they were closed, waited for almost 2 hours like other people there. Never answered the phone, a waste of time.

Brought my first car here, I was excited to drive by myself and have my own adventures. After just two days the car began to misfire. So after five days I brought it back and was told they would drive it to their garage and take a look at it. I then rang them to ask if it was donelater on in the week and they said yes. I checked my smart box app (similar to a blackbox, records every journey I do) and they had not even moved it? I picked the car up regardless and not even a mile down the road it began misfiring again. I was not happy. I was just holding on until I had the free chance to go to a garage to get it actually looked at. A week went by and all of a sudden an electrical fault light also came on, the car was hard to control, over revving like crazy and was a complete death trap to drive! I took it to the garage near me.. turns out the engine was misfiring due to a fault in the coil pack and the gas pedal contacts where also faulty! The company told me they even did a full check before selling it so i believe they did no such thing. 200 pounds later, it's all fixed. I do not recommend at all.
