After keeping our ancient boiler going for the last few years, it finally gave up and after a call to Mike earlier this week he had quoted for a replacement and yesterday the team arrived to install a New Worcester Boiler - with all works completed in a day. They were polite, efficient and really considerate of the fact I was working from home too, but most of all - we are warm! Thank you all so much for an excellent service

I had a new boiler fitted by this company in August this year. A concise breakdown was given at the time of the quote. The fitters arrived on time and were very polite and efficient, explaining to me what they were doing at different times during the day. On completion they left everything tidy and clean. Always received a great level of service from the team at TMW. From the works to replace the boiler, various adaptations to the system and annual servicing, all have been carried out in a professional but customer focused way. Im sure I will be looking to TMW for future boiler and plumbing needs and advice as we move forward in this carbon reduction focused world.

Absolutely fantastic service!! Mike worked with me to keep costs down and sent two of his plumbers round to undertake the work. They were brilliant, tidy and incredibly polite. Really very happy and thoroughly recommend! Dont go anywhere else!
