        The customer service by staff is very poor. The staff seem like they are not motivated. The shop, although is fairly big, is very expensive for all the items they stock. The charge 5.00 for milk, 8.00 for eggs, and bread is the most expensive at 11.99 The cost of living crisis is truly felt when going into SRA Local. I wonder what SRA stands for, probably something to do with SriLanka.anyways Maxy. Stop using your mobile phone when serving customers.
