Canning Town Jobcentre

Went in today, and told the man on the door, to pls make a photocopy of a letter, (One page) and drop on the desk of my mentor.. He first told me, he is not sure he can do that and told me to wait, this waiting took 15mins, when i became angry and have to voice out, he took the paper from me and his colleague said you don't need to photocopy for him, he can do it at the library, and he came back saying, we can't do it... Leaves me asking, are these guys there to help or frustrate, little god they think they are, more training needs to be given to these heartless staff members! Am already in your building, it takes less than a minute to do a photocopy, shame really! Poor.

Canning Town jobcentre is the worst experience of my entire life .they discriminate against old people with disabilities. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
