Does not deserve 1 star and I think the owner needs to be aware how his staff are treating customers. I arrived at 8:40 to collect an Evri parcel and the staff members refused to give me it saying that they had locked up despite Evri stating that the service was available until 9pm. I needed the item urgently and despite pleading with them they said no and were very disrespectful. Please do not use this shop if you care about your time as they completely wasted mine and left me feeling horrible.

The guys at the store were extremely helpful. We visited quite late around 8.45 PM with our Evri return and there was some confusion with labels. They patiently helped us out and ensured that our return was completed. Really positive experience. Cheers!
