Curdworth Post Office

Lovely family who run this store, incredibly helpful and attentive, great for basics and emergency bits - would love to see some good quality fresh produce that makes you want to shop by choice rather than necessity to support them further x

Rude awful man in the actual post office, cant walk around to much stuff health and safety issues including food stacked on floor . Wont be using again due to the way I was treated! A man talking to a woman the way he did absolutely disgusting!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible, customer service was absolutely shocking. Paid for a parcel to drop off and I was met with the response that they couldn't be bothered to post my parcel as they don't receive a fee even though its a post office. Was then told to go somewhere else as I asked why they were being so rude and unprofessional. Do not spend your money here, I always like to support small shops and businesses but this is one I will never return to and neither should anyone else for that matter. They don't deserve the custom. Why run a post office when you don't want to deal with the exact thing it's designed for. Worst experience I've ever had at any kind of store. Wouldn't usually post negative reviews online but this certainly deserves one.
