        No room . Had to reverse out on to main road

        If you're a lorry driver like myself delivering, ignore the no reversing sign by the entrance, guys told me I should have reversed in and had a 13M trailer to spin round which was very very tight with their rigids in the way.

        Not great, they've got the wrong address listed on the website for the B'ham branch. They only tell you that the address is different after you place an order. Furthermore, their inventory on the website doesn't match the inventory on the depot. I ordered something that was marked as available at the depot and when I arrived I was told they don't even lend this item out and they never have. This is what happens when a mediocre small time company decides to create a website but don't realise the importance of keeping their data up to date.
