        Was given a two hour window for my parcel to be delivered so rearranged my day to ensure I was home. Received a message to say I was next, then 2 minutes later another message to say my parcel can't be delivered. No communication as to when it now might arrive. Customer service is non-existent. How do companies like this get business?!

        We watched our driver arrive, we walked to the front door to open it and then he drove off. The tracking then said sorry we missed you! He didnt even bother to knock or post the card through the door.
