        We have recently moved our IT support across to Blue Click IT and are very impressed with their professionalism and on-going support. Nothing is too much trouble, they provide an excellent service and sound advice and have taken away the headache of our IT issues. Highly recommended.

        I really like how the service is from a small team and it's a local operation rather than a huge entity, however lately response times to IT issues have taken an increasingly long time to respond to and very little information has been given as to why this is. The service seemed much better when we first signed up than it is another year down the line. I would still recommend for IT support but would suggest you check the SLA thoroughly and check the timescales are sutiable for your business.
