I joined Home Fit and Healthy Personal Training in August 2022 and I am just amazed with the progress I have made in such as short amount of time. I attend weekly sessions and really enjoy the structure of each sessions. James has an incredible knowledge and understanding of fitness and is very supportive in ensuring that you are meeting your goals and personal targets. I would highly recommend James, he is friendly, professional and supportive.

I have struggled with back issues for many years. I contacted James & following an in depth consultation a training plan was put in place for my needs, my sessions started with James 6 months ago. Sessions have strengthened my core & back, no back issues now. Exercises continue to develop under James guidance & encouragement to give me increased strenghth, flexibility overal fitness. I would highly recommend James to anybody looking to improve their fitness

I started going to see James to lose weight and get some fitness back after hip surgery. James' attention to detail, research and knowledge of what works, what doesn't work is second to none. Session are varied and fun, but always with a clients goals in mind. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking to get fitter and healthier in a safe and friendly environment.

James is the most amazing personable Personal Trainer! I have been working with him since July 2020 with the aim of losing weight and getting fitter. I had a specific issue with my weight due to certain medication which I take. Rather than blindly promise that he could help me lose weight he researched in great detail the specifics of my case, producing research which I hadn't found myself. After some discussion we decided it was worth giving it a try. With his help and encouragement I have lost approximately a stone and a half and 6 inches off my waist. My body shape has significantly changed for the better. James is extremely knowledgeable about diet and exercise and the relationship between the two. He provides a really individualised package of training. And he is a real encourager. I would not hesitate to recommend James to anyone who wants a serious and personal approach to gaining or maintaining their fitness.

James has been giving fitness support to my husband who has balance issues. He is a very professional person and gives 100% to whatever he does. He makes sure the training he gives exactly suits whatever is required to achieve. I have never experienced a person who is so thorough in what he does. One could say it is 'tailor made' to suit the individual and their individual needs and success is achieved.
