Got my paint today, and can't wait to try it out. The wax brush looks very good quality also. The only sad bit was I didn't get no samples. Was fishing for it lol . Will order more in future though.

I cant recommend Claires Crafthouse highly enough. I bought some Earthbound paint and wax online and as it was a new brand to me and for a big commission I asked for advice on how to use them. Gem was incredibly helpful and went way above and beyond what I would have expected - given that I hadnt spent much money! Nothing was too much trouble and she really.cared that I was getting good results from the aunt and wax. She reviewed photos of my piece and gave me great advice and also followed up to make sure it was ok. I will definitely be back for more supplies. Thank you so much

It was the first time I had ordered paint from Claires crafthouse and unfortunately there was a problem with the courier. No fault of Claire and the management, but as soon as I messaged them they went above and beyond to sort it out. Claire phoned me herself (so nice to talk to a person in this day and age) she apologised and told me what they would do, followed by multiple emails to check. I must emphasis it was not the companies fault it was the carriers to blame. My order was resent with another carrier and arrived the next day, with a very kind gift inside. We all worry a little when ordering online with a new company. Rest assured the customer service wih Claire is first rate. A company who cares about their customers on a personal level. I won't be going anywhere else for my supplies going forward. 5 plus stars.

This was my first visit today and it won't be the last. Can't recommend this place highly enough. The help I was given was well beyond expectation. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were so pleasant. Thank you Jen for all your help sorting out my kitchen doors.
