The Studio at The Retreat

I have been going to Victoria wonderful retreat for a good while now .. she is one of the most wonderful teachers kind caring funny.. her meditation classes are amazing so relaxing and I have been some were else before but Victoria,s are brilliant.. the different ceremonies are out of this world ... but she does loads of other wonderful stuff as well.. THIS WONDERFUL LADY IS A TREASURE XX

I love The Retreat, I always leave feeling happy, calm & centred. Victoria has a way of including everyone into her magical space and creating wonderful energy! The ceremonies are so beautifully constructed, meditations are well thought out & so very relaxing. Her enthusiasm is catching, that's why I keep going back!

The studio is the best place to visit if you want to experience true peace. The meditation sessions are so relaxing. When I attended the sound bath meditation I went so deep with the fantastic vibrations it was unbelievable you have to experience it to fully understand. The Cacao ceremonies are so expertly delivered by Victoria with such wonderful planning and precision.

I have received wonderful treatments at The Retreat. Meditation sessions are unbelievably restful and create a great sense of well-being. I have attended cocoa ceremonies which gave results beyond all expectations especially the latest which incorporated a sound bath
