Arranged for me to collect my goods as they were too large to delivery to my home address.
The owner then decided to change that and tried to deliver to my home address breaking the agreed prior agreement of me collecting the goods without speaking to me first.
His argument was he had called me 4 times, indeed he may have, but I wasnt able to answer my phone and therefore there was no change to the original agreement for me to collect the goods.
When I explained that I could not take delivery and would happily collect from wherever he needed, the owner of the company became abusive threatening me with physical violence.
If any of that wants to be disputed, it is all captured with sound on the house CCTV
If you want threats of physical violence from the owner of the company then go ahead and use them.
Their reviews online from previous employees says a lot about this company.
