        Great cardio facilities, weights area could do with upgrading as well as some broken lockers and the odd wear and tear things around the place. I love the spar and the pool. The staff are friendly too. Its only a 3 star because the place just needs bringing back update.

        Tired changing rooms and the pool has been turned down too low now. But it's clean and tidy and has all the equipment you need

        Requests for information (about a potential renewal of health club membership) to the leisure centre & also to the Senior Management at the hotel have been ignored. As a former health club member this poor level of customer service saddens me & would not encourage me to recommend your hotel to others which I have done in the past.
