T&S Architectural

So normally I only leave positive feedback and as they are pestering me for feedback on a order I have not received... So ordered something that is supposed to be a set as will not work separately. Received half the set in a few days . After a week contact them to see where the other part of the order was, they did not know and had to contact the delivery company. To be fair they did call me back to say the supplier had IT issues and apparently some of my order had been damaged but they would still send out the undamaged bits that week . 2 weeks later still waiting.... Obviously don't sell something you don't have in stock! Have left a review here as their website does not accept 1 star reviews

The team clearly goes the extra mile to help it's customers and in my experience that's regardless of what you've spent. They sourced a spare part for me that I couldn't get elsewhere. I will definitely be back and I'd recommend to anyone.

Amazing service by polite helpful and friendly people. Ordered some handles in the morning and then they phoned me in the afternoon to tell me they were ready for collection.

I can't praise T & S Architectural enough. I purchased six solar lights 15 months ago. These have a 12 month guarantee. Yesterday I had reason to open up one of these and discovered a manufacturing fault. I informed T & S late afternoon by email attaching a photo. I received a reply first thing today to say a replacement is in the post!
