        The managers don't know any sense some nurses abuse the residents and there aloud to get away with it yet, as soon as someone whistle blows to a nurse they don't report it and the care assistant gets penalised for it, when you get told there's nothing wrong with your care and then put you on the dbs so you can never work in care again I'm livid with this place
