Pallet Wood Co

This is a review of the business ethics of Oliver Hannam, director of Hantons Landscapes and proprietor of The Pallet Wood Co. Having comissioned him to Landscape our garden in early 2021, he ran off with the four figure deposit and did not start the work or order materials. Under threat of legal action he has slowly been paying this money back, but has been unreliable and his promises have mostly been worthless. Payments have slowed significantly over the last few months and the urgency with which he initially paid has faded. We cannot comment about the Pallet Wood business, but feel the need to place this review to remind Olly of his commitment and know that we will not rest until the money is repaid in full.

Very dissapointed. After repeated assurances and arranging delivery several times nothing has turned up. I have left multiple messages to no avail, hopefully it will be sorted before I ask for a refund. Maybe it's because we are quite local or its a small order? Update: Order finally received with extra and a promised refund as compensation, on the proviso I change the review on receipt. Well a week later and no refund received, still disappointed and review remains unchanged.

Couldnt have been better service. Messaged for a quote, agreed a price and all the wood was delivered within an hour of placing the order. Thank you so much, my bar is looking great in the pallet wood cladding
