        Imperial are great at first when they have your money they are non existent. The customer care team works 2 hours a day with so many developments you will be lucky to hear back within 2 weeks on an email or something you need for snagging! They also all shared and followed our journey through social media and as soon as we are not happy have removed us all. There have been so many lies and mislead communications we didn't have any internet until November and people moved in from June. There are faults which they say are not faults and have dodged bits of work to cut corners Not great when the property was already 6 months later than it should have been Absolutely no customer service and no accountability Houses are bigger than other new builds only reason I have given 2 stars Service: Country home building
