What can I say, Im loving every second of my guitar journey and thoroughly look forward to each fortnightly lesson. I try to practice as much as I can with the material John sends me home with. Perfect pace and he is of course super talented player and a very experienced, encouraging teacher.

I have been having lessons from John for just over a year, Its always been my ambition to be able to play but as I passed my half century i decided it was now or never. I went to john knowing nothing about playing or theory, within a few weeks i was able to strum a few notes this then spurred me on, I throughly enjoy my lessons with John, he patient, and calm with a methodical approach, He has some great gear in a great setting ( which allows the volume to be turned right up to ear splitting levels) and this together with extensive selection of guitars and media. He is always on hand to advise on what equipment you are considering purchasing, I would highly recommend John- its never too late to start just wish i had taken it up earlier

Best Guitar teach on south coast - Johns been teaching me coming up on 10 years now, and without sounding big headed, I always wondered why i was better than the other lads at school. The answer was simple, Johns teaching is in a different league. I feel very glad to have had him as my guitar teacher.
