Truely terrible customer service, employing unreliable staff who dont turn up and rarely get the job done. We had been using minster cleaning for our regular office cleaning duties. The cleaner rarely turned up on the appointed days and when they did attend, very little was cleaned. When we tried to complain, it was virtually impossible to get hold of anyone who wanted to help and after several attempts, they agreed to come and visit us to reassess the workload and arrange a plan of action. They never agreed on a date and would not reply to my emails and they duly sacked the cleaner. They then appointed the area supervisor who did a good job but still was not able to always attend as he appeared to be significantly over worked. Again i tried to contact minster cleaning and finally wrote an email giving our notice to which i received no reply or acknowledgement, despite sending two follow up emails. In summary, this is an incredibly unreliable and careless company who put customers last, hiring completely un-vetted contractors to who they appear to have no control over. If i could have given them zero stars i would have. Avoid at all costs.

If they trained their staff and if they were capable of retaining their staff then I might not be looking for another cleaning company... but I doubt it!
