Worked here from May 22 until Feb23. On nightshift, no first aiders on the shift for the 7 months i was there, the manager said they could get away with that as she only lived 10 minutes away and the assistant manager lived only 5 minutes away. Could be a good place to work if you actually knew who was in charge there!! Definatley a " if your face fits then you'll be ok there " and a lot of favourism to staff that have been there a while. Apparently over 15+ people left over the last 4 years which i wasnt told at the interveiw, which if i was told that, i wouldn't of taken the job and i can see why they left. A lot of 'im not doing that' there which obviously questions the day to day running of the place which goes back to who is actually in charge, the manager or the plant operators.
