Just to say thank you to iiphoto for some beautiful photographs of my family. My son and daughter and their partners wanted a stylish photograph of themselves to present to their mother for her 50th birthday. It was a relaxed and really fun session and at the end of it they were offered a good selection of photographs to choose from. The frame that they suggested, which held three pictures now looks superb in our lounge. My wife was delighted and we will certainly be going back hopefully with our grandchildren for some more family photographs some time in the very near future. Mr Maddox Cannock.

Our Christmas gift voucher for a photo shoot from a friend resulted in a satisfactory mum and daughter photograph at this studio. However we had to wait 6 weeks for the prints to be produced as the studio send them away to be printed. We had also ordered two additional photos which were quite expensive. We didn't accept these as they were overexposed and did not resemble the quality of photos we had seen on screen at the viewing session. The overexposure was initially denied by the photographer Brian Wicks. He said he would try to sort it out and this took a further 2 weeks. The replacement photos were better but our skin colours now looked very pink. As compensation we received a CD of the event including the 2 photos in question - they were the overexposed versions! Please be aware that there is no-one to answer the telephone except on a Thursday during core hours and that your credit/debit card is debited immediately for additional photos even though the photos may be weeks or months away before arrival.

This is the second time I have visited Image-Inn Photography, the first visit was for a beautiful Vintage Inspired Photo Shoot and my second visit was for a family photo shoot. Booking my sessions were very easy through the polite staff at the end of the phone. There is plenty of parking at the venue and it is easy to find, situated in a lovely farm building setting, with several quirky shops surrounding that are a must for visiting after your shoot. We were warmly welcomed in the reception area by the lovely Brian and Emma and shown into the studio area. For my vintage shoot as this was an individual session I had the bonus of being pampered with hair and make up by the very professional Emma. This was a wonderful experience in itself, she was easy to talk too, very friendly and did a fabulous job of creating that vintage look. There was opportunities for me to change so I got many photographs in a selection of my own vintage dresses which I was pleased about. The photo session was fun and relaxed, Emma did a great job of making you feel at ease and special and my nerves soon vanished. With the family shoot as there were seven of us we did our own hair and make up before we got there which was fine by us as we got straight to the photo shoot. Emma was the person taking the photographs again on this occasion and she did a fab job of sorting us out into positions she wanted us in. She also asked us what we wanted from the shoot, who we wanted photo's with and the style we wanted. My son wanted to get changed into his iron man costume and poss for a few photos which was catered for. The turn around to view the photos was quicker than expected and we received a friendly phone call from Elizabeth who was happy to book us in for a viewing. When returning, we watched a slideshow was i found emotional with the added music, and overwhelmed by the beautiful photographs taken of me and my family. There was no pressure to buy and we were even given a moment alone to talk about it as a family before making a decision. All in all both photo shoots were a great experience as was the process of viewing the photos and buying them. The tough decision was decided which of the photos i wanted prints of. I would definitely recommend this studio and you wont be disappointed.

Friendly staff, nice location. Good make-up artist and the photographs of our daughter are great. I've read the other reviews and I don't see the harm about where the photos are sent (emailed I would have thought) as long as the results are good and after our viewing I can say they look great. If you have any problems with a picture, tell them - I'm sure they would sort it out. The make-up lady was friendly and professional (so I'm told by wife and daughter) and again I would say, if you have an issue with any of it, tell the lady. We had a photo shoot elsewhere last year and the sell was hard - here we all felt relaxed and the prices were very reasonable (nice surprise there tbh). No, I don't work for them (or know them outside of this shoot) and would I recommend going over? YEP, give it a whirl.

Boudior shoot, Upon arrival we had our hair and make up done which was not to a standard we would expect from a professional hair stylist and make up artist, the make up was terrible and our hair was messy, To the point that I asked my friend to redo mine before I had my photos taken. They did ask us if we were happy with it but as it had taken two hours to get to this point we simply did not have time to voice our opinions and have it all redone and the risk of not looking any better in the end. We then went in to have the photographs taken which admittedly there weren't any issues with, equally upon viewing the pictures that ran rather smoothly and they said they could edit out certain parts, for example nail varnish and labels that were showing. At the end we were informed that it would take between 6-8 weeks for them to be printed and that the studio would call us when they had arrived. After the 8 week period had passed we tried calling the studio a few times to which we have never managed to get through, we left numerous messages before eventually receiving a voicemail back to say that the prints would be in the following week, this being 11 weeks since the viewing. When arriving to collect the prints we were shown through to the viewing room and a slide show was started of pictures of some completely different people to which we had to point out they were not our pictures. Begging the question how many times have they done this? Did someone else see the pictures we had taken? We then found out only one lot had come in, and the lot that had come in had not been retouched very well at all and you could still see where they had badly tried to mask off the nail varnish, it would have in fact been better if they had not bothered at all. Unfortunately for them my friend who the pictures were taken of works with images and photoshop every day and would not expect to see such bad work at the price we were paying for the images. We were then promised that mine would be in the following week and they would be delivered to my house. I am still waiting to receive these prints even after attempting to call and again never managing to get through. This is now thirteen weeks since the viewing and it is at the stage where this has been more effort than enjoyment and I am concerned about the fact that there are boudoir prints of me somewhere that for all I know anybody could be looking at and as you can imagine these are not the kind of prints I just want to be left in the hands of strangers. The whole place seems to be very unorganised and at the price they are expecting you to pay for the pictures they should be offering a much better service. Sophi
