Town & Country cars.... I'm not a customer of this dealer but my step-son was, a yr ago. Viewed a car (alone), loved it, checked history (reasonable) bought it. The mot on purchase just flagged up a worn rear tyre. I'd have asked for this to be changed before the deal, however, my step-son is not buyer savvy & bought it as seen. The rear bumper is a completely different shade to the car & there is a nasty dent to the boot lid. Personally, I would have walked, but, the deal was done. Anyway, 12mth & 4k miles later, the car failed the mot, 600 to get it through (that's with my discount). I was amazed at the advisories that were flagged up with the reasonably low miles driven. Also a decent service hadn't been carried out upon sale as the wheels clearly hadn't been removed for a long time & had to be hammered loose from the hubs. I can't express highly enough the well know saying... buyer beware! If you don't know cars, please take someone with you who does. I wish I had gone with my step-son & steered him away from paying way over the odds.

Not a complaint about Roundabouts as we have heard excellent reviews about their service. We used Town and County car sales, next door. We were sold a car which had problems. We returned the car to be repaired, still under warranty, 1 repair seems genuine the second repair has been logged as done. However, they lied. The repair/replacement was not done. They have offered cash for repairs to be carried out by a mechanic of our choice. Which has softened the blow. Also weve just found out that despite the promises no Log book has materialised either! Absolute joke . I guess all Im saying is be careful
