        Very disappointed today, according to website it showed Steads was open till 5pm, I arrived at 4pm only to find it closed.

        I have been here many times and always found them friendly and helpful, I have had a lot of curtains made up here and they are beautiful.

        Went in today and the woman was no help what so ever. I had 2 cushions and asked what would match and she didnt even suggest one fabric. Just stood behind her desk looking at everyone. We travelled 60 miles to get there and what a waste of time. She needs to learn customer service. Rude!! I wouldnt even give her 1 star!!
