        I had cause to raise a complaint and because of this The Vale are blatently refusing to treat my dog who has recently been diagnosed with a heart condition. They have told me numerous times I need to find another vet. They have made me cry and I'm heartbroken. My dog picked up on this and it has caused him stress. I'm frightened that my dog will get worse and they have refused to treat him. Just because I was brave enough to complain. They have showed no compassion. It's unacceptable.
