        Rude, condescending and arrogant staff. I've been renting same property for last 6 years , ALWAYS paid on time / direct debit, never caused any problems , never asked for anything. I contacted home finders recently with a list of few things that require fixing ( like rotten fence that will collapse soon, few small repairs caused by pipe leak ...) but lady in the office told me that " my rent reflects a condition of the property ". Its been few months now and still no one came to do repairs and clearly they have no intentions to do so. Businesses like this only encourage a poor standards of rented properties , expecting from tenants to pay rent and sit quiet! Disgraceful practice towards excellent loyal tenants.
