        Initially I spoke to Bernita on the phone regarding a query with a replacement olive for a joint on my exhaust. To be fair, she was helpful. However, I later spoke to a guy who I have now found out was the boss... One of the most difficult and obstructive conversations I've had in a long time!! Pompous, abrupt, and a dreadful telephone manner, plus he didn't tell me the total cost before he hung up on me.. Not a happy customer. My advice would be to take your custom elsewhere!!

        This is after Double S having my car for twelve days too make the system,and again to fit for two days! Leaks on the mating flange,and smothered in exhaust putty. No surface grinder used after welding the mating flange just attacked with a 3.5 inch grinder .And they couldnt care less ! Take your money else where !
