        Ordered a delivery at 7pm to be delivered for 8pm. 8.15pm I rang to say we'd not received it. I was told it was on the way. 5 minutes later they rang me to say there was a mistake with the online ordering and it would be about 15 minutes. 8.45pm it turned up minus a rice which I had paid for. I rang up to ask where it was and was told first of all their driver was out so they would refund me the rice and give me a free rice next time. I told him I just wanted the rice because I was ill and unable to cook (hence why I ordered a takeaway). Then my husband took the phone and he was told to come pick it up himself. Then we were told he would send his driver to come pick up our meal and give us a refund in cash. I'm now having to sort some dinner when I'm ill with a blood clot and I'm supposed to be resting. I don't know what has happened to this Indian restaurant. Since the new owners have taken over, it's gone seriously downhill and I will never order from them again
