        Today I visited the Cullompton branch of My Dentist having only booked the day before. Experiencing a great deal of pain. The dentist explained the whole situation to me and proceeded to sort the problem. All the staff were extremely caring and I am very grateful to them for the swift action taken alleviating my discomfort.

        Complete joke... Get told to ring another practice then told they a emergency slot but can't have it... So ring bays and all Ihey can say is we haven't got any dentists on and to just phone 111.... That's great when you've got a swollen gum can't eat any food as the swelling is that bad....

        Was in absolute agony and given antibiotics, but after a week they didn't work. I phoned My Dentist at 8.30 in the morning and was given an appointment for 9.30am that same day. I saw Dr Ali Baghdadi and had my wisdom tooth (which was growing into my jawbone) removed. A very difficult procedure which took 40 minutes., after-which I went home to bed for 2 hours. From the moment I woke up I was pain free (although a little swollen around the jaw line) and have not had any pain since. I can highly recommend Dr Ali for his professionalism, his kindness and his attention to detail. He he such a lovely man who is dedicated to his profession. And the Dental Nurse who worked along side was so very kind and caring too. Thank you to My Dentist and their lovely staff.

        Waste my time! Root canal treatment, first appointment 5* booked for second 3 weeks later not even 24h before my visit has been cancelled due to overbooked!!! What a joke! Don't waste your time
