Had a great time, learnt a lot not just the recipes we were doing but how to prepare and and basic knife skills, Jazzi was great fun and kept the pace and atmosphere just right. Food was great too!

Well-planned and executed, the course was both interesting and instructive. Participants all took part in the hands-on course and all successfully produced finished pies and pastry, some prettier than others!

Ive just returned from the fantastic Thai Feast half day course and I cant praise Jazzi and the school enough. From game changing tips about general cooking and clear thoughtful instructions on how to prepare and cook the dishes to the astonishingly tasty end result! I really enjoyed the day, and my other half enjoyed the left overs! Really looking forward to returning and learning more.
