Louise swiftly helped me conquer my twenty year fear of flying that had recently driven me to the point of cancelling holidays. I've now been to the US twice in one year!! She is professional, warm, and brilliant and would not hesitate in recommending her for phobias, fears or the general stresses and strains of life!

I went to see Louise because I was having trouble sleeping and felt every day was a struggle and there was a worry for everything I did. She has really really helped me to change my perspective and think positively. This has improved my sleeping and it is now rare that I feel the worry I did before. I cannot stress enough how much Louise has helped me and how much happier I am. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you so much.
