love my customised wooden baubles - really pretty and it's great to be able to support a small business. The only flip side to that is that the responsiveness to messages isn't the quickest and there's no phone number to call so it is a little frustrating if you need to check something.

I was not very happy with the service I received after my mugs were delivered broken. I emailed but no-one bothered yo reply to solve my problem

Lovely idea for a wedding, jenga pieces. Very good quality, nicely personalised and I the box to store it is very nice.
