        I have just returned from an outstanding day with Marcus Bawdon in conjunction with Somerset Grills. It was great to have a true expert show the Asado Grill off working as intended and at its best. His enthusiasm was contagious and the cooking was on a different level. I cannot recommend his BBQ School highly enough. A must do if you like open fire cooking and all things BBQ. Thanks for a great day Marcus

        One of the best days I can remember. Marcus was a really friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. I feel like the course has given me the confidence to cook over fire and make the most of my new Asado Grill. I'm sure I'll be back again for another course.

        Attended the fundamental bbq skill course with a friend this afternoon. It was brilliant! Found the atmosphere very welcoming and relaxed. The course is worth it for the fantastic food he cooks you let alone the great bbq cooking techniques and tips you learn. Cant recommend enough!
