        I came across BlackDown 4x4 via Autotrader. My whole experience has been fantastic! The purchase was hassle free, friendly, professional and absolutely no sales pressure. My vehicle was fully serviced and immaculately presented. I had cause to use the warranty that was provided by BlackDown 4x4 ( I hasten to add , it was nothing that could have been predicted ) The fault was fixed with no quibble and repaired quickly and to a very high standard. I was provided with a courtesy car whilst the repair to mine was carried out. I was kept informed of progress throughout. To sum up, this garage is an absolute gem. It is a long-standing family run business that clearly prides itself in providing a service that is second to none. Thank you Leon and the team at BlackDown 4x4.
