I went to pregnancy yoga with Kellyann around 7(!) years ago when expecting and found it incredibly useful. Since then life has been very busy when I *finally* put aside time for myself to attend a Bell tent yoga session it was SO worth it. Highly recommend.

I have greatly enjoyed Kellys pregnancy yoga, baby yoga, family yoga, and core classes over the past few years. Kelly is a fantastic yoga teacher who creates a wonderfully calming, inclusive and welcoming environment. Pregnancy yoga helped me with backache, indigestion, and strengthening my body and breathing for labour amongst other things. Baby classes were a great and fun way to bond with my daughter whilst still looking after me. Ive met some great friends in Kellys classes and cannot recommend her enough.

Have really enjoyed Kellys classes over the last 6 years, I am a keen cyclist and found the class complemented my cycling really well and helped improve my bike position flexibility. I found the mindfulness part really helpful
